FIFA FAN HUB ("we", "us", "the service") is a fan prediction platform for FIFA World Cup 2026 and club football matches. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

• Account info: username, email, password (stored hashed)
• Game activity: predictions you make, points earned, redemptions
• Device info: IP address (for security and country detection only)
• Push tokens: if you opt into notifications
• Payment data: handled directly by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international) — we never store your card details

• To process Premium subscription payments
• To send push notifications about matches (only if enabled)
• To show leaderboards (your username, avatar, points are public unless Premium privacy is enabled)

Each third party has its own privacy policy. We don't share data with anyone beyond what's strictly required for these services.

You can request to see, edit, or delete your account data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you delete your account, all your personal data (email, predictions, redemption history) is erased from our database within 7 days. Username and aggregated points may remain on leaderboards as anonymized historical data.

We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in (JWT token) and remember your preferences. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

FIFA FAN HUB is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have such data, we will delete it promptly.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use FIFA FAN HUB.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• You agree to provide a real email so we can deliver vouchers and important notifications.

• FIFA FAN HUB is an entertainment platform — it's not a gambling or betting service.
• Predictions are free for all users (subject to monthly limits for free accounts).
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users or withdrawn.
• Predictions lock at match kickoff and cannot be changed after.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, predictions remain valid for when it's rescheduled.

• Premium pricing: ₹149/month or ₹999/year (Indian users) · $1.99/month or $12.99/year (international).
• You can cancel anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions honor their original price until renewal.

• Voucher codes (Amazon, Flipkart) are delivered via email within 24 hours of redemption.
• Physical items (jerseys, merchandise) ship within 7-14 days. Shipping is included within India.
• Once redeemed, points cannot be refunded if you change your mind.
• If a reward becomes unavailable, we'll refund the points and notify you.

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to make predictions
• Create multiple accounts to game the leaderboard
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Harass other users or post inappropriate usernames
• Sell or transfer your account or points to others

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of points/Premium subscription with no refund.

FIFA FAN HUB is provided "as is". We're not liable for any loss of points, missed predictions, or service interruptions. We use third-party data sources for live scores — any inaccuracies are corrected as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
