Welcome to FanHub 2026. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

FanHub 2026 lets you:

• Predict outcomes of football matches (World Cup, club leagues)
• Earn points for correct predictions
• Compete on a global leaderboard
• Unlock win-tag achievements
• Redeem points in the in-app market for rewards (vouchers, jerseys, etc.)

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Match data is sourced from third parties and may have delays.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Users under 18 need parental consent
• One account per person — multiple accounts may result in all being banned
• You must provide accurate registration information
• FanHub employees, contractors, and their immediate family are not eligible to win shop redemptions

3. Free tier vs Premium

Free tier (always free)

• 3 World Cup predictions per month
• 3 Club match predictions per month
• Full leaderboard access, win tags, profile features
• +5 participation points per prediction; +80 for correct winner; +55 for correct draw

Premium subscription

• Unlimited predictions across all categories
• +15 participation points (instead of 5); +90 for correct winner; +65 for correct draw
• 500 bonus points on signup
• Privacy mode (hide your stats from other users)
• Crown badge on profile and leaderboard

Pricing: ₹149/month or ₹999/year (or equivalent international pricing via Stripe). Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Payments & refunds

• Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international)
• You can cancel anytime — Premium features remain active until the current billing period ends
• Refunds: Available within 7 days of payment if you haven't used Premium features (no predictions made under Premium). Email us to request
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice — existing subscribers keep their old price for 12 months

5. Points & rewards

• Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
• Points have no cash value
• Shop redemptions are subject to availability; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent rewards
• Once redeemed, shop items are non-returnable unless damaged
• We reserve the right to deduct points from accounts found to have used cheating, automation, or multiple accounts

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or shop
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to submit predictions
• Share, sell, or transfer your account
• Use offensive usernames or avatars
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Scrape data from the platform
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our discretion.

7. Match results & disputes

Match outcomes are determined by official results from football-data.org and FIFA. If an official result is later changed (e.g. after VAR review or disciplinary action), we'll update points accordingly. Our determination of correctness is final.

8. Intellectual property

• FanHub branding, code, and design are our property
• FIFA, World Cup, club, and team names/logos belong to their respective owners — we use them for informational purposes only under fair use
• You retain rights to your username and profile choices
• By using the service, you grant us a license to display your username, avatar, and stats on the leaderboard

9. Account termination

You may delete your account anytime by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Have not logged in for 24 months
• Engage in fraud or chargebacks

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that match data will always be accurate or timely.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanHub's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

14. Not affiliated with FIFA

FanHub 2026 is an independent fan platform. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with FIFA, the World Cup organization, any national football federation, or any club mentioned on the platform.
