Welcome to FANHUB 2026 ("FANHUB", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, progressive web app (PWA), and Android application (collectively, the "Service").

1. Description of the Service

FANHUB 2026 is a fan-made, independent platform created to help football fans follow, predict, discuss, and celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the organizing committee, or any official rights holder.

The Service includes match schedules, live scores (where available), prediction games, community polls, affiliate links to merchandise/travel/fantasy platforms, and related features.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Some features (such as Premium subscriptions or future account-based features) may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Content & Predictions

You may submit predictions, vote in polls, and interact with community features ("User Content").

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service (e.g., on leaderboards).
• You are solely responsible for your User Content. Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.

4. Predictions & Gamification

Our prediction game and leaderboards are for entertainment purposes only. Points, rankings, and any prizes or rewards (if offered in the future) have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate promotion.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of match data, scores, or outcomes. Always verify information from official sources.

5. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g., Nike, Adidas, travel booking sites, fantasy sports platforms). These are affiliate links or partner promotions.

• We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links.
• We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party sites.
• Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features may be offered as part of a paid Premium subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the platform where you subscribed (Google Play, Stripe, etc.).
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the payment processor and applicable law. Generally, no refunds for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (design, code, text, graphics, logos, etc.), except for User Content and third-party content, is owned by or licensed to FANHUB 2026.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written permission.

FIFA World Cup, FIFA, and related marks are trademarks of FIFA and are used here solely for informational and fan purposes under fair use principles. We do not claim any ownership over official FIFA intellectual property.
